Returns Exchange/ PolicyShipping
We offer returns if the item is faulty, damaged or if there is a big misrepresentation on my part. You have 7 full days (beginning the day you signed for your item) to return your purchase.
No return will be accepted without the appropriate garment tags and paper work it was dispatched with. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund being refused. Please note this before purchasing as there are no exceptions if our returns policy was never read. After the 3 day returning period no returns will be accepted. You must wait up to 7 days for us to confirm the returns address.
If the item is faulty or damaged please send proof to email@example.com, then a returns claim will be filed for you. You must state in the email Faulty Return.
Butt "Booster" Knickers for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on Butt "Booster" Knickers.
Do not send an item back without contacting Harvella first, any item received back without a returns number will not be refunded. All items must be sent recorded signed for delivery by someway a signature is recorded, so both you and Harvella have proof of the return.
Please be carefull when picking your size when ordering. If you require any assistance with sizing please email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the size chart http://www.harvella.com/pages/help. Please take care before ordering.
We do not refund the postage cost on any item if you have purchased the incorrect size. The refund you would receive is for the actual item you ordered, we will minus the postage cost of £25.00.
We are not able to offer free returns so you will need to pay the postage costs for these returns.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Harvella. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate, please read descriptions carefully.
