How lng will my iitem take to be delivered ?

OVERSEAS SHIPPING: 

Your order will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail. Once your parcel arrives in your Country, it will be handed to your own postal service for delivery.

What is your Returns Policy ?

We do not accept returns unless item is faulty.

I Returned my Order, how long will it take to process my Refund?

Please allow at least 21 working days for your parcel to reach us, and a further 5-7 working days for your account to be credited.  We recommend that you send the item back via tracked signature delivery, as this is the only way we have proof of your return.

Will my postage be Refunded ?

Customers will not be refunded their postage costs.

Do I have to pay for Returns?

We are not able to offer free returns so you will need to pay the postage costs for these returns.  All items must be sent back to the supplier. (Please note this is where our items are directly shipped from). Please email me on our contact us page for a return address or any questions.

How can I find Items I want online?

Simply use the 'search' link on the website and type in the product code or a description of the item you are looking for or simply use the clothing links on the homepage.

Can Customer Services locate an item for me?

Where are your items from and where are you Based?

Our items are directly shipped from China. We are currently based in the Uk.

I have emailed you, yet i still haven't Received a Reply?

We aim to answer all queries within 48 hours 7 days a week. Most of the time the reply goes directly to your junk mail, so please check this before emailing for a 2nd time. We do not ignore any email and respond to every single one.
